Careers at Evergreen

At The Evergreen School, our mission is to inspire highly capable, creative learners to lead with curiosity, compassion and courage in a diverse and dynamic world.

This requires building a school community with a shared belief in and commitment to racial and social justice.

We strive to ensure that all members of our community at Evergreen value and actively support the dignity of all people. In this work, essential for educational excellence, we wish to partner wholeheartedly with those who share this value. Our students, families, faculty, staff and trustees collaborate to shape our actions in this regard.

Our mission makes it essential that we skillfully deliver an inclusive educational program that teaches respect for others, empowers students of all backgrounds equitably, encourages social responsibility, and prepares students to be leaders and partners in an interdependent global community. At Evergreen, our goal is to continue to build a culture where every individual feels fully welcomed, highly valued, and essential to our community's success. We invite each member to enrich our community by bringing their full individuality and diversity of experience.
