The last week before Thanksgiving Break is always eventful—even when we don't miss a day of school due to power outages! On Thursday afternoon, all students in kindergarten through 3rd grade gave a wonderful fall concert for families. Weeks of rehearsals paid off, as they did a beautiful job singing a range of songs from different countries and in different languages languages to a packed audience. 

 

And by long tradition, Friday before Thanksgiving week is Grandparents & Special Friends Day! Over 350 visitors arrive on campus to see their students in action, from performing choreographed songs to working on projects in classrooms designed just for the occasion. This is always a special day at school, as grandparents and others get a glimpse into the life of Evergreen and a chance to see our campus. It was a great way to wrap up before the holiday.
