Our School

After devoting a lot of time to learning about people who are "change makers" this spring -- like Malala Yousafzai, Greta Thunberg, and Mari Copeny, among others -- and talking about causes that are important in today's world, our kindergarten students put words into action. On Friday, they took to the streets of the Parkwood neighborhood and marched for positive change, representing a wide variety of causes and issues of their choosing, from equality and Black Lives Matter to saving our oceans, ending homelessness and promoting healthcare. Thank you, Kindergarten Team, for inspiring us all!
