Our teachers are the reason families choose Evergreen and the reason they stay.

Evergreen teachers are a creative and dynamic group of professionals who love what they do. They work in close collaboration to support each student’s intellectual and personal growth.  They bring their own diverse experiences and perspectives to the art of teaching and are deeply committed to helping each student discover his or her talents and abilities.

Our teachers are also continually learning themselves. Each year our entire faculty participates in over 130 hours of professional development. They are active members of professional learning groups and frequent presenters at national and regional conferences. Beginning in 2020, all faculty and staff will participate in the National SEED (Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity) Project over the next three years to raise our collective consciousness while strengthening our commitment to being an inclusive and welcoming school and community.
